A reusable coffee filter to use in conjunction with the Soto Helix Coffee Dripper that we offer. 

Based in Shizuoka, Japan, IFNi ROASTING & Co. specializes in roasting and selling coffee beans. This coffee filter is made from 100% original linen fabric. Not only is the material highly quick-drying, but it also prevents the growth of bacteria, allowing the filter to be reused after washing and drying. 

The set includes three filters, so you don’t have to wait for one to dry before using another. In addition to its ease of use, the filter is designed to help brew delicious coffee. The fabric is woven using fine, low-knot threads and a tight weave, making it ideal for coffee extraction.

Depending on how the coffee is ground and the extraction speed, you can brew various types of coffee, such as French press, paper drip, or Nel drip. Furthermore, by folding the filter to fit the shape of your dripper, you can use it not only for conical or trapezoidal drippers but also for CHEMEX.

[How to Care for the Cross Filter]
- Turn the filter inside out and wash it thoroughly by rubbing.  
- If oil or grease is a concern, rub it with diluted neutral detergent and boil it.  
- After washing, drain the filter well, shape it, and let it dry in a well-ventilated place.  
- If wrinkles are a concern, you can iron it while it's still slightly damp for a smooth finish.
