WTB Original Trail Grips

WTB's Original Trail Grip features a smooth, easy-to-grip octagonal shape. This design fits comfortably in the rider's hand and improves stability during rides. In addition, the slightly flared shape toward the inside provides a firm grip and reduces strain on the hands.

WTB's DNA rubber compound, which is both durable and flexible, allows you to maintain a firm grip even under intense riding conditions. Small flanges and a recognizable, simple shape round out the design. These make for a comfortable ride every day.

Steve Potts, one of the founding members of WTB and a well-known frame builder in the mountain bike industry, made a major contribution to the development of this grip. He felt a strong need for grips tailored for mountain bikes, just like other WTB components; and by improving motorcycle grips, he created an industry icon that is more comfortable and provides great ergonomics for the rider.
