A refreshing blend of fragrant lemon and zesty spice, this Lemon Kosho is made with chili peppers from Okayama Prefecture and Setouchi-grown lemons. Now available in a Daruma-shaped container, this bright yellow Daruma carries the vibrant aroma of lemon and the bold heat of red chili peppers.
We use highly aromatic, rare lemon peel carefully sourced from Ehime Prefecture, extracted in small quantities to ensure the finest quality. For the best experience, enjoy it as is—without adding salt or soy sauce.
Perfectly paired with meat dishes, this seasoning enhances flavors when applied directly. It complements karaage (Japanese fried chicken), yakitori, steak, white fish meunière, and sashimi. Experience a unique twist distinct from traditional yuzu kosho.
