Yuzu Marmalade. A luxurious marmalade made with whole ripe yuzu grown in Okayama Prefecture. Awarded the Silver Prize in the 2023 "Best Bread Companion" competition, this marmalade features packaging and a name inspired by a white cat living in the Fukiya region, where our store is located.

The star of this product is Yuzu pulp. Each seed is carefully removed by hand, and the pulp is gently blanched to remove bitterness. The slightly softened pulp is then combined with yuzu juice, peel, and beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido to create a rich and flavorful marmalade made entirely from domestically sourced ingredients.
